These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Precise Process Solutions (PPS) website, inquiries, quotation requests, purchase orders and business transactions related to chemical dosing systems, process skids and associated engineering services.
Product descriptions, images, specifications and technical details displayed on our website are provided for general information.
Final system specifications will be based on the approved quotation, technical offer, drawing or purchase order.
Most PPS systems are designed according to customer-specific process requirements such as:
Customers must provide accurate technical and process information for proper system selection and design.
All quotations are subject to the technical specifications, commercial terms and validity period mentioned in the respective quotation.
An order will be considered confirmed after acceptance of the purchase order, technical requirements and applicable advance payment.
Prices, taxes, freight, installation and other commercial charges will be applicable as mentioned in the quotation.
Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Delayed payments may affect manufacturing, dispatch or delivery timelines.
Delivery timelines are estimated based on order confirmation, technical approvals, material availability and payment terms.
Precise Process Solutions will make reasonable efforts to meet committed schedules but may revise delivery dates due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Installation and commissioning services are included only when specifically mentioned in the quotation.
Customers are responsible for providing required utilities, electrical connections, foundations, process connections and suitable site conditions.
Warranty terms will be applicable as mentioned in the quotation or commercial offer.
Warranty generally covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear, improper operation, incorrect installation, chemical misuse, unauthorised modifications or damage caused by external conditions.
Custom-manufactured or application-specific systems are generally not eligible for return.
Cancellation of confirmed orders will be subject to PPS approval and may involve charges for engineering, purchased materials, fabrication or other costs already incurred.
Precise Process Solutions shall not be responsible for indirect losses such as production loss, downtime, loss of profit or damage caused by incorrect operating conditions or customer-supplied information.
Any liability shall be governed by the agreed quotation, purchase order or written contract.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
